Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

You are having headache problem. For that rule out hypertension by measuring blood pressure. If any ear infection history present than it can lead reffered headache. Avoid factors that aggravate headache like hypoglycemia, smoking, stress, lack of sleep etc. Avoid using headphone at night. Paracetamol sos can be prescribed. If you are having throbbing headache than migraine should be ruled out. I suggest you to consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
