What Causes Headaches, Vertigo And Anxiety Along With Pain In Joint And Muscle?

I have many symptoms that have been ongoing for over a year now. Vertigo, daily headaches, joint and muscle pain, tired, blood pooling under my skin from just scratching an itch, areas of my skin in varying places from my waist down only that are overly sensitive to touch and feels like it is burning. Comes and goes. Usually on my legs, thighs( inner and outer), buttocks, sometimes calves. High levels of anxiety.
