General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Migraine, Meningitis or encephalitis (history of fever, neck stiffness)and fibromyalgia should be ruled out.Kindly check your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

Visual difficulty or presence of floaters or rings in the visual fields may indicate glaucoma which refers to raised pressure within the eye ball.

Any neurological disorders should also be ruled out since you have mentioned pins and needles sensation.Diabetes is a common disorder causing peripheral neuropathy. Blood sugar, CT or MRI Brain should be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr.Saranya Ramadoss, General and Family Physician
