What Causes Headaches When Diagnosed With Anxiety?
I have been having headaches for a week. Lots of anxiety due to some personal issues. MY blood pressure the past 24 hours has ranged from 151-101 to 150/96. I m 47 years old, 5 4 220#. I ve been dieting to bring my weight down. Do you think this is an anxiety issue or blood pressure issue?

The symptoms seem to be related to stress and anxiety. I suggest measuring the blood pressure to exclude this possibility. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen three times a day.
