Hello,

Jogging is a very good exercise. Regarding your complaint of headache, the following may be most probable reasons:
1) Sinusitis related headache
2) Headache due to BP fluctuations
3) Due to dehydration
4) Due to lowered glucose levels in blood
5) Migraine headache

The following are to be checked
1) Kindly get your blood pressure checked 2-3 times in 2 days. If there are any large differences, medication dosage will be adjusted
2) Drink adequate water before you start jogging
3) Please get your blood sugar levels checked
4) If all the other causes are ruled out, kindly get your sinuses examined by an ENT specialist

Following are some tips:
1) Have adequate sleep of 8 hours a day
2) Avoid long hours of screen time
3) Avoid smoking and alcohol

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
