What Causes Headaches While Laughing Or Coughing Or Bending?

I have been having strange headaches for years. If I laugh or cough too much a severe pain flares up and sometimes when I bend over. I did an MRI earlier this year that showed nothing wrong. What else can cause those symptoms because no one thus far has an answer

Hi,
It seems that you might be having muscular headache.
While having strain on scalp or occipittal muscles while laughing and coughing produces spasm of these muscles giving rise headache.
Nothing to worry, just relax and feel tension free.
Go for facial and scalp muscle exercises.
Ok and take care.
