What Causes Headaches While On Blood Pressure Medications?

I ve been taking Losartan potassium (5wks so far) for high blood pressure. Last week & this week, I think I have had flu & now sinusitis. Neither I have had before. I have not been able to smell for 6 days & my head is throbbing etc. Is there any medication I can take to ease symptoms as I don t think paracetamol or ibuprofen can be taken with the BP tablets.

high blood pressure can also cause head ach but since you feel you have flue so that can also cause head ach ....paracetamol can be taken for heafachs even in blood pressure as its v mild and helps tooo also take steam inhalation that wil open the sinuses and you wil feel bettr and also take hot fluids
