What Causes Headaches While Urinating?

I experience sudden headaches when I urinate and there has been a few time where the headache is so bad during urination that I have had my vision black out for a few seconds. This has been going on for the last year or two and my blood pressure is normally 125/80. I take a statin for cholesterol but have only been taking that for 4 months. What could be some possible reasons for this.

hi
sucessful urination occurs due to balance between parasympsthetic and sympathetic activity of nervous system.
your observation is quite unusaul but seens that it may be due to vagal(parasympathetic activity) stimulation during urination that may be responsible for your symtoms.
