i am a 51 year old Male. last night at 8:45 pm, i was very violently shoved to the ground, it happened faster than i knew what happened, i was immediated pushed backwards to the ground, with great violence.
i used to be VERY VERY healthy, and strong.
the back of my neck HIT hit something HARD,
 like a protruding tree root or something.
 but today, i don't feel well AT ALL.
I've had a really terrible headache all day long,
but worse than the headaches is
this very weird numb feeling in my arm,
as if it is being pricked ny needles or something.
i feel VERY weirdly DIZZY as i'm typing this,
which   NEVER happens;
I'M VERY USED TO typing for hours at a time during my workdays. right now i feel somewhat ccross-eyed trying to
read the keys on the keyboard.
i feel VERY tired, but i thought that was just because i haven't been sleeping well AT ALL for over 3-4 weeks,. i'm under a LOT of personal & business stress, so i thiought that the stress was all it was. but the back of my neck REALLY hurts BADLY, as if someone is pressing against the back of my neck HARD. the neck feels like it has a lot of pressure on the back of the neck. should i just take Advil and see if it goes away in 2-3-4 days ?
it really DOES hurt, that back part of my neck, where my body landed after being pushed backward to the ground.
i THOUGHT that maybe my neck landed on either a tree branch , where many ARE lying on the ground beneath a huge tree, or maybe i hit one of the tree's ROOTS that protrude uo from the ground.
i don't know if this sleepy daytime (and now) TIREDNESS,, worse than just drowsy-ness, is just because i've been very sleep-deprived for well over a month\. CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME SOME GOOD mediical advice ?
