What Causes Headaches With Fatigue,palpitations And Increased Appetite?

Hi,my name is Eniola,from Nigeria. I am 4.6ft tall,weigh 70+,at the age of 23. Though,i am an asthmatic,I initially used to be indefatiguable,but recently,i constantly fall sick in spite of my unfailing exercise,like:walk,house chores,and some other outdoor activities. I've gone for several blood tests ,but nothing has been seriously detected so far. It usually starts with severe headache, accompanied by fatig ue,fast rate heartbeat, abnormal increase of appetite leading to w eight gain.
