What Causes Headaches With Vision Blurring?

Hi, I have a headache on the right side of my head. It's been hurting since last night. When I woke up this morning my head was still hurting along with my right eye, and now the two are still hurting and my vision is a little blurred in my right eye. What would cause this, and should I be worried? Thank You

It appears to be migraine. take migranil tablet starting from one tablet to 6tablet till symptoms are improved.with this treatment you will be completely alright
