Yuor symptoms seem to be related to anxiety and tension type headache.
Psychological stress could lead to this situation is sensitive individuals. The headaches are usually like a tightening band and pressure, related to contractions of the head muscles.
I would recommend starting an antidepressant (such as SSRI class, escitalopram, paroxetine, sertraline, etc. or amytriptiline).
Psychotherapy and a lot of physical activity (including Yoga and walking), could be very helpful.
Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes,
Dr. Aida
