I'm 38 years old, I take Levothyroxine 25mcg in the morning, and I take Atenolol 25mg at night. Yesterday I ate a bag of sour cream and oions chips, then before bed I'm suppose to take my blood pressure meds but i forgot, I woke up this morning with a headace.

Headache can be due to increased blood pressure. Measure BP to be sure about it. Take atenolol in morning incase you miss night does and also take a pain killer like PCM 650 or combiflam and rest for few hrs. If the headache does not improve the you need to show to a family physician or neurologist to review the diagnosis and treatment
