I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Check your blood pressure as it can lead to headache.
Smoking, lack of sleep, dehydration, stress etc can contribute to headache.
If no cause identified than MRI scan can be done but only if needed after ruling out other causes.
Avoid constant work on computer.
Check serum TSH, electrolyte and random blood sugar estimation.
Consult physician for examination
Hope this will help you.
