What Causes Headaches?

Hello, my name is Misty. I know that dehydration can cause all kinds of side affects in your body. For two days now I have had a headache. It is not constant. I only notice it when I bend over and sometimes it does not hurt at all when I bend over. The pain has lessened since this morning. I also have heard or kind of felt popping in my nose by my sinuses almost like when you are congested and then blow your nose and the mucus moves. Also the pain in my head was all over this morning but as it has went away it only seems to be on the right side now. I don t know if it s dehydration (because I have been drinking water) something with my sinuses, allergies or something completely different. Please advise.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi Misty
thank you for sharing with HCM
I read your query and understand your concern
I think that you have diagnosed yourself
It seems you are suffering from sinusitis
It is treatable but first you need to assure the diagnose
It can be done by scheduling a neurological exam
If it is true you may start antibiotics and pain killer and you will be fine after some days of treatment
Wish you good health
Don't hesitate to contact me for further questions or clarification
Best regards
