What Causes Headache,stiff Neck And Fainting Spell?

two days ago i had the flu with usual symptoms when all of a sudden i passed out i hit the bridge of my nose and cheek on the floor ibroke the skin on my nose and bled it was swollen not so bad today no bleeding in side the nose breathing through nose normal yesterday had a headache like a crown around my head ihave a stiff neck ache 3 times in my life over a twenty five year span i have passed out over flu like symptoms how can i prevent this in the future what causes this and should i see the doctor for this latest fall
