My 26-year-old daughter is experiencing an intractable headache. She has sensitivity to light, stiffness in her neck, a low grade fever, vomiting, and some dizziness. This all started this morning. She is otherwise healthy. She has a history of frequent fever blisters. There has been a recent outbreak of viral meningitis in two local schools recently. I am concerned she might have viral meningitis. She does not have a history of migraines, but she says it hurts just to move her eyeballs. ER?
