What Causes Hearing Loss Along With Dizziness And Nausea?

I have been experiencicing hearing loss that came and went for about 3 days then it has stuck with me for the last 4 days and im of course dizzy and naseated, i cant function normally... is this a medical emergeny or can i fix it at home? my ears will not equalize
