What Causes Hearing Loss In The Right Ear?

Hi there, one morning I woke up and had a deaf right ear. I saw my family doctor a couple times who said it was due to my wisdom teeth that needed to pulled out and gave me antibiotics. These antibiotics didn t help much. After my teeth got pulled out (two weeks ago), it did not improve at all. My ear is still deaf, and today I saw my family doctor again. As of today, my ear is really deafening more and more, but it doesn t hurt. It has been going on for 6 weeks now. I m really worried my hearing will never return. Do you know anything that might have caused it, a diagnosis, and possible treatment? Thank you so much!
