What Causes Hearing Loud Unusual Sound In Ears?

Good morning Doctor. .. I hear a hissing sound , I can t guess where it s coming from, sone times longer some times shorter .its very bad in the early morning hours it s very noisy. ..what is this ? And how I can get rid of this pl ? Can I get rid of this ?

Hi dear ,

As per your query you have loud unusual sound in your ears . The symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as tinnitus . There can be many reasons for tinnitus like stress ( common ) , temporomandibular problems , alteration in blood flow in vessels near ear , middle ear infection , conditions like meniere disease and wisdom tooth problem . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis specially is the frequency of this event increase . Doctor may order tests like audiological test , CT scan , pulsatile tinnitus and movement exam . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , tricyclic antidepressants and alprazolam . Doctor may also recommend white noise machines , hearing aid and treat blood vessel condition . Fo now you can start supplement ginkgo biloba along with yoga and meditation .
