What Causes Hearing Of Heartbeat In Right Ear And Dizziness?
I have been hearing my heartbeat in my right ear for the past 2, 3 weeks which gets worse when i m nervous or with exertion. I also have been feeling dizzy on and off for the past few weeks. the dizziness sometimes lasts 1 day...for example I was dizzy last night and still felt dizzy today.

You should get yourself examined by an ENT SPECIALIST. It can be an inner ear disease causing all these symptoms.
