What Causes Hearing Of Pounding Heartbeat In Ears?
My heart has been pounding in both ears for about 7 hrs, sugar is 133, bp 140/67. I also have allergies. It is very annoying. I have been upset for a few weeks, Son in car wreck he had a heart attack [disease] 30 yr old shot himself, 26 yr old niece murdered, But I have never had this any suggestions I am 72, 170 lbs, 5 foot tall.

This could happen if there is some abnormalities in the Blood vessels near your inner ear . There may not be any problem in your heart at all .
So for diagnosis you will require MR angiography of NEck vessels . KIndly get this scan done and revert back . Don't neglect this symptom .
