What Causes Heart Beat In Throat With Dizziness After Taking Fosamax?

Hi. I am 31 years old, 5ft, 94 lbs. Have a bone loss as my only medical condition so far. I am taking Fosamax and calcium.Now I am experiencing a rapid heart beat in my throat, at the same time feel dizziy, shakey, week and sweaty. But this is not happening all day long. Probably happens 2-3 times a day.
