What Causes Heart Beat Racing During Pregnancy?

i am 21 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby today i was standing in a line and all of a sudden felt like i was going to pass out my heart was racing. I sat down for a bit felt little better legs felt weird. Prior to this and all the time i see black spots. what can be causing this?

hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion there might be sudden lowering of BP due to prolonged standing or low HB ie., anaemia or low sugars or hypoglycemia.So i suggest you to get HB investigation done to rule out anaemia and BP check up done.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres daily and food in small quntities every 2 hrly to avoid low sugars.Dont worry.Avoid physical strain in pregnancy and prolonged standing.
