You are a case of deep vein thrombosis with episodes of pulmonary embolism with IVC filter. Post blood transfusion, chest pain, and altered heart rhythm. Possibilities of transfusion-related acute lung injury or anaphylaxis or secondary infection or electrolyte imbalance etcetera. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
