I m having fluttering sort of in the middle of my chest and I ll loose my breath a bit. I m pretty sure it s not my heart; my pulse does not get faster, it seems to be beating harder. It only lasts for a few seconds, and I take a deep breath and I feel better. I am 21 and I m on a birth control and I was wondering if that could cause it since a symptom is nervousness and this is causing an anxiety flutter. I really don t know
