General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What symptoms you are experiencing could be due to hormonal changes happening inside your body.
It may be a possibility that you could have conceived, as sometimes urine pregnancy test could come negative in the initial days.
Kindly get the following tests done.
1. Serum beta hCG levels.
2. Serum FSH, LH and Prolactin levels.
3. Thyroid profile (Serum T3, T4 and TSH levels).
4. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the reports for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
