What Causes Heart Murmur Along With Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?

Should I see a heart doctor? I have had a heart murmur since birth I am 25 now for the past year I have felt dizzy and get out of breath really easy I got a ekg done at my doctors office she told me it s normal but I m looking to get a second opinion from a specialist

The symptoms associated with a heart murmur are suggestive of heart disease involving the valves suspected to be congenital one. You have to visit a physician or cardiologist for further evaluation and investigations such as Chest Xray, Echocardiography, etc to confirm the diagnosis.
