What Causes Heart Murmur Long After Placement Of Stents?

I am sending this again, as I forgot to include my email address. It is at the end of this question . I am a 74 year old woman living in my own home with my husband, though now we have separate bedrooms. When I lay down in bed, it feels like my heart is shivering. I wore a heart monitor for 48 hours had an EKG and an echocardiogram. I was told that my heart was pumping very good and have been assured that it is not my heart doing that. In 2013 I went into the cardiology hospital in Springfield, Oregon and had 2 stints put into my heart. My sister-in-law told my later that my body was shutting down at that time. About a year later I went Asante Rogue Valley hospital on emergency and had a 4-way bypass done. I was high risk as I was on blood thinners. Through the blessings of God and the expertise of the team of doctors I was pulled through. Sometime after that I started feeling like my heart was shivering only when I lay down. It disturbs me enough that I have trouble getting to sleep for hours. When I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, I again have that problem. I ve been taking 3 tabs of Hyland brand of Insomnia homeopathic medication plus Hyland Bio tissue salts both under the tongue before I lay down. It usually helps. Before my first surgery I usually had no trouble getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep in spite of going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Now I get from 2 to 6 hours of sleep. At times I become like a walking zomby. I am not able to take naps. If I try I just lay there and do not sleep. Ever since I gave up naps early as a small child, I never have been a nap taker even if for some reason I did not get enough sleep during the night. My morning medications are: 1 aspirin, Carvedilol 25mg, Clopidogrel 75mg, Levothyroxine 0.112 mg, Glipizide 5mg (my 3 month test has remained at #7 for a long time), Allopurinol 100m, Lisinopril 5mg, Atorvastatin 40mg, Furosemide 20mg, Potassium CL 10 MEQ ER, oc BiMart s Mucosa DM 400mg ( I have an unknown allergy to something in our apartment which causes phlegm, sneezing and coughing), Selenium 200mcg, B-Complex, and a multivitamin. Spread out during the day I take 3 capsules of 1,000mg cinnamon, 6 tablets of 500mg vitamin C and Zinc 220mg. At night I take: Carvedilol 25mg, Furosemide 10mg, Potassium CL 10 MEQ ER, Mucosa DM 400mg, Magnesium 400mg, Benedryl 25mg (both for my allergy and to help me get to sleep), and Melatonin 8mg. Once a week I take D3 50,000 Units (When I was tested before my first surgery, the machine could not register any lower). My liquid that I drink is mostly water. Rarely do I drink a soda pop or juice and never coffee or tea or any other caffeinated drink. I DESPERATELY NEED SLEEP. I hope that you can suggest what other tests to be taken, or other or changes in medications, or any oc meds to try or any other specialist (I see a nurse practitioner and a cardiologist). Thank You.
