What Causes Heart Murmur On Having Foods With High Fat Content?
I was diagnosed with a heart murnmur? My Dr said my heart stops then restarts. I notice this happens when I eat foods high in fat or sugary. All around not healthy. Is that an indication of a bigger problem?FYI, normally I eat very well. It s why I can tell the difference in my body response.

Food triggers to heart murmurs are uncommon, yet if this is your observation then you can simply stop eating unhealthy food for a while and report to your doctor for a repeat investigation, and if the murmur is not observed on over 2-3 occassions then you know the cause, but if it is seen then you know that the unhealthy food did nothing to cause it.
