What Causes Heart Murmur With Dry Cough?

44 years old, 71 Kilos, no medical problems only a heart murmer.
Have had a bad cold, still have a dry cough, feel like I am having iregular heart beats, not sure if its the valve after having a bad infection. Live in China and wondered will this go away or should I seek a Doctor?

Hi,wecome to HCM,
Heart murmur with irregular heart rate can be due to underlying valvular heart disease with or without associated infection .I suggest an ECG and TTE-transthoracic echo to accurately determine the etiology of your symptoms.Drugs like vancomycin can clear the infection.Valve repair procedures can permanently eliminate the symptoms.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
thank you
