What Causes Heart Murmur?

Hi, I'm a 29 year old female and I've got a heart murmur, very slight, and have been having a strange spasm/vibrating feeling just under my rib cage on my left side, in line with my heart. Could this be related to my heart, or unrelated? What do you think it could be?

hi,
how do you know that you have got heart murmur? told by some doctor? because it is generally diagnosed by a doctor after listening to your heart beats with stethoscope, the feeling that you get in your chest may be due to irregular heart rhythem or due to some muscular twichings, you should get yourself examined.
