What Causes Heart Murmurs Along With Headache And Fatigue?

well I think I have a heart mur mur I was listing and had my husband listen my heart beats then it sounds like it stops then starts, I am tired all the time I sit down I m asleep all I want to do is sleep its really hared to wake up I wake up all through the night wake up with headaches sometime the headaches are so bad I cant hardly stand it I have already had a sleep study they say I have sleep apnea I have a cpap haven t used it in a very long time cause I need new supplies and cant find anyone to take my insurance and it cost to much out of pocket I m kin of nervous

Hi,

While it's important to see your GP to check your heart if you feel it runs abnormal but many times the skip beats are ectopic which are quite normal in many people but still it's wise to see a doctor and get a heart tape done.

Regarding your fatigue and excessive sleep that is very likely to be your sleep apnea.

Daytime somnolence is the commonest symptoms of sleep apnea syndrome that because you'd don't get enough sleep due to your sleep apnea and hence the fatigue and more need to sleep.

CPAP is the best solution to it besides losing weight.
