What Causes Heart Pain And Palpitations While Exercising?

hi when i jog and i get to the last lap i sprint but when i am finish i get this pain in my heart. i get heart palpatations sometimes was told by a heart specialist it was tachycardia maybe nothing serious but now in my exercising my heart feels different. i am 33 and 5ft 6 and weigh 170.

Normally while doing exercise heart rate increases and you can get palpitation after strenuous exercise. But if you are getting this type of filling recently not experienced before while doing exercise then do ECG AND Stress test.
