What Causes Heart Pain During Muscle Stretch?

Hi, I'm a 21 year old male, 6'1, African American. for the past year I would wake in the morning and as I stretch It feels like I'm pulling me heart apart and stretching me heart. It hurts ! some times it last of 30 min, sometimes 1/2 a day. Please Help
