hi i m manal and i m 21 years old, i have had quite a traumatic life and i think it s taking its toll on my heart. i used to play sports but since i turned 15 my heart can t handle the stress i have lost my stamina. i get unexpected heartpains at times also headaches and dizzyness and my heart rate is almost always above 90-100.
