What Causes Heart Pains With Palpitations?

Hey, my heart has being acting funny this past three months.. It sometimes feels like it is lurching in my chest and sometimes i get heart pains (not just the normal ones that everyone gets now and again), do you have any idea whats wrong? I'm a 20 year old girl, average weight, walks everyday, good diet, not under stress but I do smoke daily.

Hello,

What ever the feeling you have that needs to be ruled out for cardiac disease and for the EKG and ECHO is must without this condition can not be said to normal or abnormal, if you do not have any symptoms like chest pain, fatigue, shortness of breath, then it is nothing to worry, it seems to be nonspecific kind of symptoms, still it has to be ruled our for cardiac disease I advise you to see the physician.
