What Causes Heart Palpitation And Difficulty Breathing?

Hi Im a 22 years old girl.and I get heart palpitations every time after sleeping in the afternoon.and actually it rises to 130-140 and it lasts after 40-50mins after waking up. Actually they are not the only. Symptoms that I have. Sometimes I feel a huge pressure on my chest on a feeling of heaviness on my chest and I feel palpitations during the feeling of heaviness too. And sometimes I feel like I cant catch my breath and I should breath too deeply many times to catch it. I met my chardiologist 6 years ago and he said you have light prolapse.and I have not met him till now. Do you think that my disease has improved? And by the way my mom has AF and MR What do you think about my heart s situation?am I getting into a danger?

it's doesn't mean that you will also AF and MR as your mother is having it.....I don't think that disease has improved..I will suggest you to consult your cardiologist whom you have shown six years back....don't worry it will be fine.
