What Causes Heart Palpitations After Eating?

Usually after eating I sit down, then recently starts beating faster like something is pushing on my stomach and sometimes just standing turning from side to side, I take a little mint or deep breath and the heart goes back to its regular beat. Is this a serious thing?

Hello,welcome to HCM.
this symptom is similar to post gastrectomy dumping syndrome..i hope u didnot go through that surgery..
I shall advice you to take
Small frequent feed
Low carbohydrate diet
Increase total water intake.
Take some anxiolytic medication like alprazolam.
If still symptoms persist consult a cardiologist.
