What Causes Heart Palpitations Along With Chest Pain?

Hi.. I am having pain in my heart and also palpitation. .. My BP is 140 by 100 and triglycerides is 510 .. Other blood tests are all fine... I have got ECG done which is also fine... My weight is 104 and m determine to reduce it .. Pl suggest the way forward or recommend tests which are required as m feeling pain towards the left of my chest

Considering your high blood pressure and high cholesterol it’s recommended for you to get basic cardiac check up for evaluation of chest pain. Kindly get an ECG, echocardiography and Treadmill Test and consult a physician with Reports.
