What Causes Heart Palpitations Along With Pain In Chest?
Hello I have high blood pressure and heart palpitation on the normal but tonight I m just laying in my bed trying to go to sleep and I m having sharp pain in my chest. I checked my heart rate and it s 104, my blood pressure is quite normal today. My family has a history of thyroid disease as well as cancer. What could be causing my heart to beat that fast?

Hi.Can understand your concern.As per your query if your pain in chest is associated with heaviness and breathlessness and its radiating towards arm then you need to worry and should get and ECG or ECHO done....But it seems that your pain is more likelly an acidity and gastritis pain .You need not to worry . I advice you to take pantoprazole 40 mg for 3 to 5 days.twice daily.Avoid spicy foods .I hope the information helps you.Takecare
