What Causes Heart Palpitations Along With Weakness And Trembling In Body?

For about the past 4 months I have been having heart palpitations, extreme weakness occasionally, and trembling (shakey). I have been tested for diabetes, thyroid, heart valve problems, psvt. The heart dr says there s nothing wrong with my heart. Do you think I should get another opinion. Or do you think it might be an adrenaline problem or what is your opinion?

Hi welcome to HCM
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are related to Anemia.Since all your reports are normal its definitely not related to your heart. So immediately get investigations like Complete blood counts, serum electrolytes, blood sugars.Start taking Iron capsules and multivitamin syrup,Anxiolytics by discussing with you doctor.Exercise regularly.Take fruits and green leafy vegetables.Drink plenty of fluids and fruit juices.Have adequate sleep for 8-10 hours daily.Avoid stress and anxiety.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
