General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Looking at your description this could be either heart disease or stress rated anxiety disorder
In my opinion you aloud go for echocardiography and if it comes inconclusive, you should visit a psychologist for detailed clinical examination and counselling or behavioral therapy
I would like further information to help you better like
do you smoke?
Any relevant medical history of any metallic or hormonal disease like diabetes or thyroid disease
If you can upload me the reportshows I will be able to tell you more precisely
Thanks for your question
Best wishes
