What Causes Heart Palpitations And Pain With Neck Stiffness?
i am a 50 year old woman, my heart is skipping a beat 2-3 times a minute today, early this am, my neck was so stiff I couldn't hardly move initially, my ears feel warm, I am having some tingling in my left arm. Only a couple of times today did I have mild chest pain, but didn't last but a few seconds

Hi,
If this is the feeling of skipping heartbeat so it may not be due to any heart disease unless it is being confirmed clinically. Till then it is the nonspecific, stress and anxiety may be the cause of your feeling.
For other symptoms like chest pain, tingling or arm this need to be ruled out for a cardiac event and for that EKG is must, overall it seems to be anxiety only, and no need to worry about this.
