What Causes Heart Palpitations And Tinnitus Along With Racing Thoughts While Going To Sleep?

Does anyone know if this is a health issue? Sometimes when I go to sleep I loose control of my body and my heart starts pacing unbelievably fast with every thought that crosses my mind then I hear ringing in my ears and sometimes I hear things that happens outside I always have to calm myself to be able to move again and get up.
