What Causes Heart Palpitations, Breathlessness, Head Pressure, Weakness And Drowsiness?
I am having heart palpitations and breathlessness, some pressure in my head but not painful, very weak and sleepy , just got out of the hospital for a severe migraine in which they gave me diludid and that had to be reversed due to a very bad reaction, and severely lowered heart rate. I just got out of the hospital day before yesterday.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the migraine then it is functional disorders more or less, and the symptoms that you have may be due to that only and it may not be any systemic disease, try to come out of this, control your thought, try to be positive it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
