What Causes Heart Palpitations During Masturbation?
I have had one or two heart palpitations during masturbation for the last few months - I ve never experience anything like this, earlier in my life. The palpitations don t happen EVERY time I masturbate or have sex, but maybe 10% of this times. I also one or two palpitations during exercise, but again, only about 10% of the time. I exercise frequently, so I m very confused on why this is happening

Its not abnormal. 10% Palpitations could have two reasons only.
Your capacity to tolerate excitement has lowered.
Your capacity to tolerate physical exertion has lowered.
Do not be confused. Start deep breathing and a good herbal food supplement like Chyavanprash will help a lot
