What Causes Heart Palpitations, Fatigue, Shortness Of Breath And Low Energy In Body?
I have been having heart palpatations, fatigue, shortness of breath, low energy for about 8 weeks now, did go to doctor having bloodwork and a 24hr heart monitor put on jan.8 2016, I am 44 yr old female, what are the most probable concerns i should be looking out for.

There can be various causes of heart palpitation, fatigue, short breath and low energy as:
- Low hemoglobin (anemia)
- Thyroid issues (hyper or hypo status)
- Anxiety
- Heart problems of conduction path or else
- Others
