What Causes Heart Palpitations Followed By Fainting?
I have been having heart palpitations on and off over that last few weeks and today I fainted. I have had panic attacks in the past where I get weak , dizzy and start to bla ck out but just before I do, everything turns back to normal but today I actually blacked out and fell. Lasted just a few seconds and I got right up.

Take an ECG and consult a cardiologist. It can be a physiological or pace disorder. Give details if any other signs and symptoms are there since there are fainting attack it may be cardiomyopathy for which echocardiogram has to be done.
