What Causes Heart Palpitations, High Blood Pressure And Syncope?

my heart is racing. I got up two hours ago to go to the bathroom and almost passed out. I went right back to bed and its still racing. Did my blood pressure twice within 5 min. left arm 150/91 pulse 101 Right arm 5 min later 143/87 pulse 94 no pain just feel faint.

High blood pressure may cause palpitations. other possibilities like anaemia, anxiety neurosis or cardiac ischemia or rhythm defects may present like this.

First control blood pressure by drugs, avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Avoid smoking or high-risk activities. Low salt intake and yoga may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
